Merge /etc/kernel/cmdline options into loader entries

updateloaderentries.sh, merges the kernel command line options in /etc/kernel/cmdline into the /boot/efi/loader/entries/ files utilized by systemd-boot (and others) while stripping install and anaconda specific boot options.
