SOBasis (const Ref< GaussianBasisSet > &, const Ref< Integral > &)
Create an SOBasis object given a GaussianBasisSet and Integral objects.

Return the number of shells.

Return the number of irreps.

Normally, SO shell numbering starts at zero within each irrep.
