Convert a MIDI-like buffer into a new MIDI buffer.

WildMidi_ConvertBufferToMidi (uint8_t *in, uint8_t insize, uint8_t **out, uint32_t *outsize)
Description
Takes a MIDI-like memory buffer as input and tries to detect, convert and write to a memory buffer in MIDI format.
- in
The input buffer that contains MIDI-like content: XMI or MUS.
- insize
The size of the input buffer.
- out
The output buffer. It will be allocated with malloc() and must be free()d by the caller when it is no longer needed.
- outsize
The size of the output buffer.
