spec2nii twix [-h] (-v | -e EVALINFO) [-m MULTIRAID] [-q] [-d5 DIM5] [-t5 TAG5] [-d6 DIM6] [-t6 TAG6] [-d7 DIM7] [-t7 TAG7] [--remove_os] [-j] [-f FILEOUT] [-o OUTDIR] [--nifti1] [--override_nucleus OVERRIDE_NUCLEUS [OVERRIDE_NUCLEUS ...]] [--override_frequency OVERRIDE_FREQUENCY [OVERRIDE_FREQUENCY ...]] [--override_dwelltime OVERRIDE_DWELLTIME] [--anon] [--verbose] file
Options
Positional Arguments
- file
File to convert.
Optional Arguments
- -h, --help
Show a help message and exit.
- -v, --view
View contents of twix file, no files converted.
- -e EVALINFO, --evalinfo EVALINFO
evalInfo flag to convert.
- -m MULTIRAID, --multiraid MULTIRAID
Select multiraid file to load (default = 2 i.e. 2nd file).
- -q, --quiet
Suppress text output.
- -d5 DIM5, --dim5 DIM5
Specify dim 5 loop counter.
- -t5 TAG5, --tag5 TAG5
Specify dim 5 NIfTI MRS tag.
- -d6 DIM6, --dim6 DIM6
Specify dim 6 loop counter.
- -t6 TAG6, --tag6 TAG6
Specify dim 6 NIfTI MRS tag.
- -d7 DIM7, --dim7 DIM7
Specify dim 7 loop counter.
- -t7 TAG7, --tag7 TAG7
Specify dim 7 NIfTI MRS tag.
- --remove_os
Remove time-domain oversampling.
- -j, --json
Create json sidecar.
- -f FILEOUT, --fileout FILEOUT
Output file base name (default = input file name).
- -o OUTDIR, --outdir OUTDIR
Output location (default = .).
- --nifti1
- --override_nucleus OVERRIDE_NUCLEUS [OVERRIDE_NUCLEUS ...]
Override ResonantNucleus field with input(s). E.g. ‘2H’.
- --override_frequency OVERRIDE_FREQUENCY [OVERRIDE_FREQUENCY ...]
Override SpectrometerFrequency field with input(s). Input in MHz.
- --override_dwelltime OVERRIDE_DWELLTIME
Override dwell time field with input. Input in seconds.
- --anon
Create file without sensitive metadata. For greater control use spec2nii-anon(1).
--verbose
