spec2nii insert – insert json formatted file into existing NIfTI-MRS file
Synopsis
spec2nii insert [-h] [--dwelltime DWELLTIME] [-f FILEOUT] [-o OUTDIR] file json_file
Options
Positional Arguments
- file
NIFTI-MRS file.
- json_file
JSON file to insert.
Optional Arguments
- -h, --help
Show a help message and exit.
- --dwelltime DWELLTIME
Specify a new dwelltime (1/bandwidth, pixdim[4]) value in seconds.
- -f FILEOUT, --fileout FILEOUT
Output file base name (default = input file name).
- -o OUTDIR, --outdir OUTDIR
Output location (default = .).
